Question 1

Is mylinecard.com free for manufacturers reps?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all of it. An independent manufacturers rep keeps a profile, a line card and a commission ledger on mylinecard.com at no cost. There is no paid plan for reps; manufacturers pay to unlock a rep's contact.

Question 2

How does mylinecard.com help manufacturers find sales reps?

Accepted Answer

Manufacturers search listed reps by territory, industry and who they sell to. A rep is a number until unlocked; one contact unlocks the rep's name, agency, phone and email, and the rep is told who asked. Searching is free; a plan carries the contacts: Base from $179 a month, 6-Month $1,249, Annual $1,599.

Question 3

What does Verified mean on a rep's profile?

Accepted Answer

Verified Sales come from the rep's own commission statements, checked against their ledger: the sales band for the last 12 months, the number of customers, and the month the statements run through. Never a dollar figure, never a customer's name. A rep with no checked statements shows Sales Not Verified.
